Eat See Learn Wine Class

Location:  Napa, CA, United States

This event is an exploration of Napa’s modern wine history, and a tasting of Robert Mondavi Wines. Explore the romance and evolution of what is now one of the world’s top wine regions, and understand one of the principal players who brought his concept to the masses. Class will include Napa Valley and Robert Mondavi history; grape and winemaking basics, wine sensory discussions, and a fabulous gourmet lunch crafted by Executive Chef Kelly Macdonald. All this takes place in the unique and rare Vista Dome, one of only ten rail cars of its type made by Pullman in 1952.

You will be seated with a glass of local sparkling wine and once your lunch order is placed, your journey through the Valley will begin. Well-known Wine Instructor Richard Miami of Robert Mondavi Winery will guide you through three wines and the magic of the Valley as you eat, laugh, learn and see.
